The Landscapes

Skies play an important part in my landscape painting.

I find that trying to capture their transient nature is an exciting challenge.

This winter scene from the Painswick valley was painted on a 30×40 cm canvas board.

Boats and water also hold a fascination. This picture was painted in Gloucester docks during the filming of a movie.
